2. TRISTAR will ship redemptions anywhere in the continental United States only via FEDEX, so please use a valid, physical address (no PO Boxes).
3. All taxes, duties, fees, transportation and surcharges associated with the redemptions(s) are the sole responsibility of each customer.
4. TRISTAR will not be responsible for lost or misdirected mail due to incorrect information being entered
5. We attempt to fulfill redemptions within 5 business days of receipt of certificate.
6. Image used for identification purposes only. Actual item may vary.
7. Company reserves the right to substitute if redemption(s) is unavailable for any reason.
8. Your redemption item will come complete with authentication at the sole discretion of TRISTAR Productions, Inc.
9. By redeeming code(s) you agree to allow the use of your name and likeness in any advertising and promotions.
10. Once a code had been redeemed it cannot be redeemed or associated with any other account.
